Janine Suing has a diverse work experience in HR and IT roles. Janine started their career at DSP Technology Inc in 1988, where they served as the Human Resources Manager and developed and implemented HR programs and systems for the company. In 2001, they joined MTS Systems Corporation and held various HR positions, including Director of HR Strategic Business Partner, where they led HR initiatives and developed and implemented HR programs aligned with the business strategy. Janine also managed the Corporate Employment function and developed talent acquisition and mobility systems. In 2012, Janine worked as a Senior HR Consultant for various clients before founding their own HR and Strategic Business Planning company in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area in 2013. In 2013, Janine also joined Phillips & Temro Industries as the Director of Human Resources, where they led the global HR and IT functions for the company. In 2019, they were promoted to the role of Director of HR and IT, where they focused on evolving talent review processes, implementing new HR systems, conducting employee engagement surveys, and managing IT services. In June 2020, they were further promoted to the position of Vice President, HR and IT at Phillips & Temro Industries.
Janine Suing holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business/Human Resources from San Jose State University. Janine also possesses an SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
