Karen Bach began their work experience as a Marketing Director at Jostens in 1996. Karen marketed photography product lines and successfully launched new digital products that generated $5 million in revenue. In 2006, they joined Lifetouch as the Director of Marketing, where they marketed photography and yearbook product lines in Canada and managed a marketing team. Karen was later promoted to Senior Director of Yearbooks, where they provided overall leadership and strategic direction for the yearbook business unit. In 2014, they joined Phillips and Temro Industries as a Marketing Director. Finally, in 2019, they retired as the Director of Marketing.
Karen Bach's education history begins at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, where they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business. Karen then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Auburn University. In 2011, Karen attended the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management again for the Minnesota Executive Program in Business.
