Cathy Eshelman

Cathy Eshelman is an accomplished learning and development professional with extensive experience in designing and implementing digital learning solutions across various organizations. Notable roles include Sales Training Manager at Covidien, where Cathy managed the development of over 50 eLearning courses, and Multi-Business Director of Digital Learning & Development, leading a diverse team to create mobile and web-based training solutions. As Global Director of Digital Learning, Cathy oversaw the Global Business Unit LMS and executed comprehensive digital learning strategies. Currently, as Senior Director of Quality Compliance Learning at Philips, Cathy leads centralized LMS operations and learning analytics.
