Dilys Heng

Dilys Heng is the Head of People Rewards for ASEAN Pacific and Japan at Philips, where they design and implement total rewards strategies in alignment with global objectives. They have an extensive background in global mobility and individual income tax, having worked as a Regional Coordinator at PwC International Assignment Services and later as a Global Mobility Manager at PwC Singapore. Prior to their current role at Philips, Dilys served as Mobility & Rewards Manager at Essilor Group, managing cross-border assignments and rewards programs. Their career also includes foundational experience in auditing at EY.
