Dina Azzam

Dina Azzam is the Head of HR for Middle East, Turkiye, and Africa at Philips, where they leverage their extensive background in Human Resources and Talent Development. Having held various HR leadership roles at Philips since 2012, Dina has demonstrated a strong focus on organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and change management. Prior to their current position, they gained valuable experience as a Human Resources Manager in the UAE and developed learning and development strategies across Central Eastern Europe and the Middle East. Dina also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the Faculty of Commerce in Egypt and a Master's in Marketing from the Graduate School of Business - AAST. Their career began with roles at Nielsen Research and Consulting and Societe Generale, where they built foundational skills in research and account management.
