Dwayne Folden

Dwayne Folden is a Continuous Improvement Lead at Philips, where responsibilities include leading Kaizen workshops and aligning engineering efforts with strategic objectives. Previous roles at Philips include Senior Manager Engineering, focusing on cross-site alignment in China, and Senior Electrical Engineering Manager, where oversight was provided for a 20-person team engaged in new product introduction and sustaining engineering. Earlier in the career at GE-Bently Nevada, Dwayne progressed through various engineering and leadership roles, managing a custom product portfolio valued over $30 million. Dwayne holds a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Montana State University and an Associate’s degree in Engineering from Salish Kootenai College.
