Heather Lam

Heather Lam is a Regulatory Affairs Specialist at Philips since December 2023. Prior to this role, Heather served as a Clinical Project Manager at Beaufort CRO from February 2022 to September 2023, and held various positions at BD, including Associate Clinical Project Manager and Senior Clinical Research Associate from May 2016 to February 2022. Previous experience includes working as a Senior Clinical Research Associate at Upsher-Smith Laboratories from October 2014 to February 2016, Clinical Research Associate II at Covidien from June 2012 to October 2014, and Clinical Research Associate at Torax Medical from June 2011 to July 2012. Heather's career began at RCRI, Inc. as a Clinical Research Associate from March 2007 to April 2011, and at Allina Hospitals & Clinics-Unity Hospital as a Phlebotomist/EKG Technician/CNA from November 2000 to March 2007. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Management from Concordia University-St. Paul, earned between 2004 and 2006.
