Iulia Degeratu

Iulia Degeratu has extensive experience in public management and environmental policy, having held various roles across multiple organizations. Notable positions include Public Manager in the Public Policy Unit and the EU-financed Programmes Unit at the Romanian Ministry of the Environment from February 2007 to December 2011, and Program Manager at the Materials Innovation Institute (M2i) from January 2014 to February 2022. Iulia's career also includes international experience at the UK Government's Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs as a Higher Executive Officer (trainee) in 2006, along with a role as Counsellor at the National Environmental Protection Agency in Romania. Education credentials include a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Bucharest, as well as a Public Manager qualification obtained through a Young Professional Scheme. Currently, Iulia serves as a Senior Product Manager in Strategic Alliances & Third Party Solutions at Philips.
