Jack de Kreij

Jack de Kreij currently serves as a Member of the Supervisory Board, Chair of the Audit Committee, and member of the Remuneration Committee at ASML since April 2023. In addition, Jack is the Chairman of the Board at VEUO, the Dutch Association for stock-listed companies, since June 2021. Other significant roles include Vice Chair of the Supervisory Board and Chair of the Audit Committee at Wolters Kluwer, Board Member of Stichting Preferente Aandelen at Philips, and Member of the Supervisory Board and Chair of the Audit Committee at Boskalis. Additionally, Jack holds a Vice-Chair position at TomTom and has served as a Non-Executive Board Member at Oranje Fonds. Previous experience includes being a Supervisory Board Member and Chairman of the Audit Committee at Corbion, and Vice-Chairman Executive Board and CFO at Vopak. Jack holds a Postgraduate Accountancy degree from the Dutch Institute of Registered Accountants, a Certified Management Accountant designation from IMA, and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from HEAO.
