Kelli Davis, MSN, RN, is a skilled Clinical Research Specialist and people manager with a robust background in clinical operations. They held various roles at UPMC Hillman Cancer Center, where they advanced to Clinical Research Manager, overseeing multi-functional teams and ensuring regulatory compliance in high-accruing trials. With experience as Director of Clinical Operations at Philips, Kelli currently leads strategic oversight for clinical trial strategy across several health units, achieving exceptional employee engagement and zero major audit findings. They are pursuing further education at the University of Pittsburgh in Nursing Administration and Education while also holding a BS in Biology and a BSN from Michigan State University.
