Luc Castermans brings extensive experience in project and program management within the electronics and lighting industries, having held various leadership roles at Philips and its subsidiaries since 1984. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager and Product Owner for Model Based Systems Engineering at Philips, Luc focuses on advancing MBSE methodologies. Previous positions include Development Manager at Signify, where alignment of product roadmaps with resources was prioritized, and Program Manager at Philips Lighting, overseeing cross-functional projects in electronic power supply. Luc's career commenced as a Sales Engineer at Siemens Nederland, complemented by a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology.
