Maaike Schaapman

Maaike Schaapman is a Senior IP Counsel at Philips since 2017, where they apply their expertise in intellectual property. Prior to this role, Maaike served as a Dutch and European Patent Attorney at Marel Poultry from 2004 to 2017. They hold a Master's degree in Astronomy and Astrophysics and a PhD in Physics, both from Radboud University. Additionally, Maaike received a foundational education at Stedelijk Gymnasium Nijmegen and The American Embassy School in New Delhi.
