Maarten Ceelen

Maarten Ceelen is currently the Global Head of Executive Reward at Philips, a position held since 2025. Previously, Maarten served in various roles, including Senior Expert Regulatory Reward at ING and Head of Reward & Performance at Van Lanschot Kempen. With a strong academic background, Maarten holds multiple degrees, including an LLM in Tax Law from Maastricht University and a BSc in Fiscal Economics from Tilburg University. Maarten has also completed professional development programs such as the Leadership Development Programme at Nyenrode Business Universiteit.
