Mara Geraerts

Mara Geraerts is a senior global quality and regulatory leader in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries. With a background that includes roles such as Development Engineer and Quality Engineer at Biosensors International, and CAPA Manager at Philips Healthcare, they have extensive experience in quality management systems (QMS) and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as the Director of Global QMS Change Control at Philips, Mara leads efforts to ensure compliance across multiple global QMS processes while driving strategic quality initiatives. They hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Fontys Hogescholen and have furthered their education with numerous certifications in quality systems and CAPA.
