Martin Delsman

Martin Delsman is the Head of Global Benefits at Philips, where they lead the management and development of the Global Benefits Strategy and the Global Long-Term Employee Benefit Policy. They hold a B.Sc. in Econometrics and an M.Sc. in Quantitative Finance and Actuarial Sciences from Tilburg University. Previously, Martin worked at Deloitte Nederland as a Senior Manager in the Benefits & Pension Advisory department, specializing in pension accounting and consulting for corporate clients. They also have experience in mergers and acquisitions as a pension expert during their tenure at Philips, where they were responsible for the consolidation and reporting of post-employment benefit plans. Martin is a certified pensions consultant and has passed the CFA level 1 exam.
