Matthew Altman

Matthew Altman currently serves as the Director of Engineering for R&D Software Platforms in Ultrasound at Philips since September 2023. Altman is also the owner of FM LLC, a boutique development shop established in February 2016 that focuses on proof of concepts (POCs), seed stage development, and consulting. Prior experience includes a tenure as Senior Director of Engineering at ServiceTitan, where transformations in mobile development were achieved, and leadership roles at DTS, Inc. with responsibilities in audio processing products and architectural design. Additional experience encompasses management positions at Warner Bros. Entertainment Group, Liquid Entertainment, and various roles in software engineering and programming at multiple companies. Altman holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science with an emphasis on parallelism and distributed systems from California State University, Northridge.
