Mihail Milea

Mihail Milea is currently the Commercial Policy & Pricing Leader for Health Systems CEE at Philips, where they emphasize pricing, commercial strategy, and revenue management. With a diverse background, they have previously held roles including Analytics Manager at Equity Residential and Global Pricing Manager at CEB (now Gartner). Mihail also served as Assistant Director of Analytics & Business Intelligence at the American Osteopathic Association and worked in demand planning at Southland Log Homes. They hold two MBA degrees, one from the Darla Moore School of Business and another from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business), and are currently pursuing advanced marketing research techniques at DePaul University.
