Rachel Young has extensive experience in quality management systems across the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. They began their career as a Quality Records Management Lead at Pfizer from 2006 to 2008 and subsequently worked as a Records Management Lead at Bristol-Myers Squibb from 2009 to 2012. Rachel held various positions at Philips Healthcare, transitioning from a Software Quality Assurance Engineer from 2012 to 2016 to a Senior Manager in Q&R Systems and NPSS Process and Systems from 2016 to 2020. Currently, Rachel serves as the Director and Head of PQMS within Shared Services QMS, leading initiatives in quality management on a global scale.
