Rebecca Hoefler

Rebecca Hoefler is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in chemical and manufacturing engineering. Currently serving as the SAP/MES Engineering Manager at Philips since June 2019, Rebecca has held various roles including Manufacturing Engineering Manager and Manufacturing Engineer. Prior experience includes a five-year tenure at Chevron Phillips Chemical Company where Rebecca worked as a Process Engineer, providing vital engineering support for unit optimization and leading projects during turnarounds. Additionally, Rebecca gained experience as a Chemical Engineering Intern at Colorado Springs Utilities. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, obtained in 2013, and graduated from St. Mary's High School in 2009.
