Samantha Cook

Samantha Cook is a Technical Operations Lead for the APAC region at Philips, bringing over six years of experience in the IT sector, particularly in health and imaging environments. Samantha worked as an Incident Support Specialist at Carestream from 2011 to 2014, where they provided global phone and remote systems support. Prior to that, Samantha held multiple roles at Dental Imaging Australia/Nepean Imaging from 2004 to 2011, including PACS and RIS Administrator and IT Support. With a CIV in Network Engineering obtained from TAFE between 2006 and 2008, Samantha demonstrates a strong commitment to problem-solving and effective communication throughout their career.
