Santhosh has developed expertise in designing end-to-end processes, managing global customer operations, and leading cross-functional teams across multiple regions. They hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Karnatak University and are pursuing further education in digital strategy for organizational transformation at the Indian Institute of Management Kashipur.
