Sathiesh Velusamy

Sathiesh Velusamy is a seasoned professional in data science and analytics with extensive experience in product management and strategy. Currently serving as a Senior Manager and Product Owner at Philips since December 2022, Sathiesh leads data science solution building and product management. Previously, from July 2022 to November 2022, Sathiesh worked as an Analytics Manager at Deloitte, focusing on analytics and process mining. Prior experience includes a Data Scientist role at Shell, where responsibilities encompassed predictive modeling, time series analysis, and natural language processing, and a Project Lead position at Tata Consultancy Services, which involved NLP and analytics within cloud frameworks. Earlier career experiences include a role as a Sr Statistics and Aptitude Trainer at Edvantage India - Manhattan Review and as an Associate Consultant at TVS Infotech Ltd. Sathiesh holds a Master’s Degree in Management Research & Analytics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University Chennai.
