Shirley Liang

Shirley Liang is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience at Philips since May 1996. Currently serving as the Head of Finance for Services and Solutions in the North America Region, Shirley has developed a strong expertise in finance business partnering, notably in the Precision Diagnosis/Image-guided Therapy (PD/IGT) Service business, as well as in creating global strategies for repair operations and managing the €1 billion Global Service Parts Supply Chain. Previous roles include Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, where Shirley led strategic planning and budgeting initiatives, and Senior Financial Analyst, providing FP&A support for North American Lighting Lamp factories. Prior experience at KPMG Shanghai involved financial auditing and public offering audits. Shirley holds an MBA in finance from Clark University and a degree from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.
