Tim Quan

Tim Quan has worked in regulatory affairs for medical devices since 2006, focusing on design, pre-market approval, and post-market surveillance for global markets, including NMPA, FDA, CE, TGA, Anvisa, and MHLW. They served as RA Manager at Beijing Choice Electronic Technology Co., Ltd from 2006 to 2010 and at Elekta China PSC from 2012 to 2017. Currently, Tim is the Sr. Manager of Regulatory Affairs at Philips, overseeing MR, CT, DXR, and various AI software solutions. They hold an MBA in International Business from Beijing Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Chengdu University of Information Technology.
