Xanthi Benetou

Xanthi Benetou, PhD, is a Quality and EHS Leader with extensive experience in risk and compliance management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Q&R - EHS - ISMS Manager for Philips Greece, Xanthi leads quality initiatives and conducts audits to ensure adherence to ISO standards. Previously, Xanthi held positions in quality assurance at Vamvas Medicals and Janssen Inc., where significant contributions included the successful implementation of compliance frameworks and improvements in operational efficiency. Additionally, Xanthi has a rich academic background, having taught at several medical institutions and earned a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens.
