Dylan Seagraves

Dylan Seagraves is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in shipbuilding and engineering. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Philly Shipyard, Inc., Dylan oversees the management and execution of newbuild projects, ensuring alignment with company values and goals. Previous roles at Philly Shipyard include Vessel Completion Manager and Turnkey Construction Coordinator, where Dylan led production efforts and coordinated labor for complex vessel projects. Prior to this, experience as a Product Manager at EIR Healthcare involved strategic planning and partnership development, enhancing healthcare facility designs. Dylan began a professional journey in manufacturing with positions at Johnson Matthey and Siemens, and also founded a firewood business during high school. Dylan holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Science from Penn State University.
