Michelle A. Philo

Michelle Philo is the Founder and CEO of Philo Law Firm, P.C., established in March 2015, where services include estate planning, trust administration, probate, and conservatorships throughout Southern California. With experience as Of Counsel at Kring & Chung, LLP for nearly two decades, Michelle has a strong background in general civil litigation, business transactions, and estate planning. Prior legal roles include General Counsel at Adtile Technologies, where innovation in mobile advertising was a focus, and leadership positions such as Vice Chair of the American Bar Association's Law Student Division and President of the Student Bar Association at Whittier Law School. Michelle holds a Juris Doctorate from Whittier Law School and a Bachelor's Degree in Legal Studies from Chapman University.
