Oscar Covarrubias

Oscar Covarrubias is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the construction and architectural sectors. Currently serving as the VP of Construction - Development at Philo Ventures since August 2021, Oscar has also been the Principal - Owner of COVOLI CONSTRUCTION, LLC since August 2013, specializing in custom general construction across Idaho, Utah, and Wyoming. Prior to this, Oscar led Red Brick Solution as Principal - Owner, providing architectural, engineering, and construction management services from 2013 to 2020. Oscar has held significant roles in various organizations, including Director of Construction and Development for Sunevolve, LLC and Maximum Security Group, and Senior Associate at AECOM/DMJM, where management encompassed over 8 million square feet of commercial projects. Early career accomplishments include working as an architect at Cybercon Corporation and RTKL. Oscar holds a Bachelor in Fine Arts with a focus on Design from Brigham Young University and a degree in Architecture from Universidad Mayor de San Simón.
