Dmitry Perel

Dmitry Perel is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in backend development and architecture, specializing in online advertising systems. Currently serving as a Senior Backend Software Engineer at Philo since February 2023, Dmitry previously held significant roles such as Chief Architect for Global Supply Engineering at Yahoo, where oversight included critical ad delivery infrastructure. Prior to Yahoo, Dmitry was Tech Director for Ad Serving Infrastructure at AOL Platforms, leading a diverse team in video ad delivery, and Dmitry contributed to key software frameworks at Adap.tv. Dmitry's career began at Amdocs, progressing from IT Infrastructure Engineer and Team Leader to Director of Architecture and Technology, where Dmitry managed complex outsourcing projects. Dmitry holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Systems and Networks Engineering from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'.
