Ginger Wong

Ginger Wong is a seasoned software engineer currently employed at Philo since June 2016, where the focus lies on addressing UI/UX challenges across various TV-watching platforms. Responsibilities include serving as the product owner for the development of Cross-device Control and creating a robust video player using React, along with developing browse views for mobile and TV applications using ReactNative. Ginger has also been the sole proprietor of the Old Master Q comics website since January 1999. Previous experience includes a role as a Senior Ads and Web Applications Developer at Yahoo! from January 2005 to June 2016, specializing in custom and rich media ad development. Earlier positions include Senior Web Designer at Netblue and Consultant at Exodus Communications, with expertise in web design and development. Ginger Wong holds a BA in Molecular & Cell Biology/Neurobiology from the University of California, Berkeley.
