Carolyn Ferreira is currently the VP, Head of Acquisition & Growth at [Philo](/org/philo). Prior to this role, they served as the Head of Acquisition at [Philo](/org/philo) from November 2019 to September 2021. Before joining [Philo](/org/philo), Carolyn was the Head of Marketing at [Aura Health](/org/aura-health) from November 2018 to November 2019. 

Prior to [Aura Health](/org/aura-health), Carolyn worked at Facebook from September 2017 to November 2018 as a Marketing Solutions Manager. Before Facebook, Carolyn worked at [LinkedIn](/org/linkedin) from May 2015 to September 2017 in a similar role. Carolyn began their career in marketing at GraphScience, first as Head of Client Services & Product from July 2014 to November 2014, and then as Head of Client Services from November 2014 to May 2015. 

Outside of their professional roles in marketing, Carolyn has also held internships at Total Wine & More as an MBA Intern in June 2013 and at [Union Bank](/org/union-bank) as a Strategy Consultant from June 2009 to June 2012.

Jane Marks is currently the Head of Customer Acquisition at [Philo](/org/philo). Prior to this, they worked as a Manager at HBO from April 2014 to January 2019. There, they were in charge of account management for the company's worldwide digital distribution. Jane also worked at [RF|Binder](/org/rfbinder) from June 2011 to March 2014 as a Manager. There, they developed and executed integrated communications campaigns for lifestyle and CPG clients. Some of the notable brands they have worked with include Dunkin' Donuts, Baskin Robbins, edX, Hershey's Artisan Confections lines and Kayem Foods' al fresco All Natural.

Jane Marks has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from NYU Stern School of Business, a degree in Government, Law and Society, Spanish, and Art Theirtory from [Cornell University](/org/cornell-university), and a degree in Theirtory and Art Theirtory from Universidad de Sevilla. Andrew McCollum is the CEO of [Philo](/org/philo). Andrew was previously with Wirehog.com and Facebook Marketing Co. as an engineer and co-founder. Andrew has been in the industry for over 15 years.

Camille Schmidt is a communications manager who has worked for companies such as [Teradata](/org/teradata) and [Philo](/org/philo).

Schmidt began their career as a public relations manager for [Teradata](/org/teradata) in November 2018. In this role, they were responsible for driving consumption of the company's new data and analytics platform, Vantage. Schmidt also served as the blog manager for [Teradata](/org/teradata).com, overseeing the strategy and revamp of the website. 

In June 2019, Schmidt left [Teradata](/org/teradata) to become the communication manager at [Philo](/org/philo).

Camille Schmidt is currently studying communication studies at the [University of San Diego](/org/university-of-san-diego). Camille has a minor in political science and is interested in the foundations and contexts of communication.

Nii Addy is currently the Chief Marketing Officer at [Philo](/org/philo). Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of Marketing and Promotions for Strategic Development at [Comcast](/org/comcast) from August 2015 to October 2017. Nii has also worked as a Manager for Digital and Customer Marketing Strategy at Deloitte Consulting from January 2013 to December 2015, and as Digital Media Analytics for NBC News at [NBCUniversal](/org/nbcuniversal) from January 2012 to December 2013. Addy began their career in 2004 as a Senior Managing Consultant at The PFM Group, where they worked until 2011.

Ben Chambers is the Chief Technical Officer at [Philo](/org/philo). Ben has over fifteen years of experience in the tech industry, specializing in product management and engineering.

Ben Chambers began their career in 2002 as a staff engineer at [VMware](/org/vmware) Inc., where they led the engineering team developing all of [VMware](/org/vmware)'s software running in the Guest OS. In 2006, they joined Cisco Meraki as a product manager and was responsible for technical architecture, strategy, and GTM for Service Provider business across the entire Meraki portfolio of Cloud-Managed IT products. Chambers left Cisco Meraki in 2017 to join [Philo](/org/philo) as their CTO.

Ben Chambers has a M.Eng in Computer Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a S.B. in Computer Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Robert Roper has been working as an attorney since 1988. Robert started their career at Cohn and Marks LLP, where they worked for two years before moving to Discovery Communications as Special Counsel. After a year at Discovery Communications, Roper became a partner at Replin, Rhoades & Roper, LLC, where they worked for just over a year. In 2006, Roper joined Moye White LLP as Partner and Chair of Media & Entertainment Group, where they worked until 2009.

In 2009, Roper started their own law firm, the Law Office of Robert St. John Roper. Robert ran the firm until 2019, when they joined [Philo](/org/philo) as Chief Legal Officer.

Tanya Bayeva is the current Principal Counsel of Corporate Affairs at [Philo](/org/philo). Tanya has held this position since January of 2022. Prior to this, they were the Senior Corporate Counsel at Veritas Technologies LLC from April 2016 to January 2022. Tanya has also worked as an Associate at [Latham & Watkins](/org/latham-watkins) from March 2013 to November 2015 and as a Secondee at Acumen Fund from December 2012 to January 2013. In addition, they were an Associate in the Global Leveraged Finance Group at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP from October 2008 to February 2013. Tanya began their career as a Legal Intern in the Enforcement Division at NYSE Euronext from June 2006 to August 2006.

Mike Keyserling is the current COO, Head of Content Acquisition, Business Development & Sales at [Philo](/org/philo). Prior to this, they were with HBO from April 2007 to December 2014, where they were SVP, Advanced Technology and Operations. Mike has also worked with Tandberg Television from May 2001 to April 2007 as Director, Programmer Sales; and with Microstrategy from January 2000 to December 2001 as Sales Engineer.

Mike Keyserling attended the [Georgia Institute of Technology](/org/georgia-institute-of-technology), where they earned a BS in Industrial Engineering. Mike then attended Richard Montgomery High School for three years.

Jeff Ross is currently the CFO at [Philo](/org/philo). Prior to this, they held the same position at AVG Technologies from April 2016 to September 2017. Ross has also served as CFO at Cyan, Inc. from March 2014 to September 2015, and at Velti from January 2013 to November 2013.

Ross began their career in 1987 as a Sr. Manager at Price Waterhouse in the International Tax division. Jeff then moved to Sybase in 1997, where they served as CFO and Senior Vice President until 2012.
