At Philos Mechanical, our goal is to provide a better way to design, install and maintain mechanical systems. Our method is proving itself around the country with all types of complex mechanical projects. We continue to impress clients with our effective installation, construction scheduling and project completion. Philos Mechanical employs a complete mechanical engineering team skilled at using the latest computer software in Building Information Modeling (BIM) to design, coordinate, fabricate and install mechanical systems. We typically coordinate within the BIM models provided by the general contractor or owner for each project. Our team of engineers and drafters take a project from initial estimate and budget to final project closeout documents. The engineering team works hand in hand with project managers and superintendents on each project and provides technical support throughout the entirety of the job.
A “typical” process for mechanical contractors is to get awarded a project and hand the superintendent a set of plans with a “good luck” type of attitude. There are countless problems with this approach: budgets aren’t met, schedules are behind and material ordering is out of control. Owners often ask the question “what went wrong?” The problem isn’t a labor shortage, unqualified superintendents or project managers. The problem is project delivery. At Philos Mechanical, each project has a “team” feel with everyone from engineers to field installers working together cohesively and throughout the entirety of the project. The goal at Philos Mechanical is to provide an unmatched mechanical contracting client experience. We provide a service, and that service is to deliver is a mechanical system that is completed on time, on schedule and within budget. Our long list of repeat clientele speaks for itself. At Philos Mechanical our goal is simple: plan, coordinate, execute, and repeat.
