Sara Woods is the owner of philosophy design, leading a team with 125 years of combined experience since April 2000, delivering innovative brand and communication solutions that have garnered 16 industry awards. Previously, Sara served as an Account Director at Saatchi & Saatchi from 1997 to 2000, where leadership in rebranding efforts for Linklaters and participation in major brainstorming sessions occurred. Additionally, Sara worked at Pauffley as a Project Manager from 1992 to 1998, dedicating significant effort to producing six annual reports annually and developing graduate recruitment campaigns during the summer months. Sara's educational background includes attendance at Folkestone Grammar School for Girls.

We listen, learn, laugh and think big with each other and our clients and enjoy making progress together towards a shared goal. Not all answers lead to undertaking a rebrand (although some do). We've created online games for lawyers, help unite an eclectic community, designed the marketing for selling the most expensive homes in the UK, changed the external perception of a business, or provided exciting and dynamic campaigns for graduate trainees.
