Camille Diola has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and industries. Camille began their career as a News Assistant at Inquirer.net in 2008. Camille then worked as an Assistant Project Manager at Blackfort Security from 2009 to 2010, where they were responsible for supervising a web team and coordinating with officials. In 2010, they joined TNGG, an online magazine, as a Writer focusing on Arts and Culture.

From 2010 to 2012, Camille worked as a New Media Officer at the University of Asia and the Pacific, where they played a key role in establishing the university's online presence and implementing a sustainable digital environment. Camille then joined Philstar Global Corporation in 2012 as a News Reporter and Social Media Manager. During their time there, they covered various national issues and managed the live blogging of breaking news. Camille later became the Editor, News Formats, where they introduced new storytelling forms and devised a system to track productivity. Finally, in 2015, they were promoted to Editor in Chief, overseeing the expansion of editorial operations and producing exclusive stories that gained national attention.

Camille Diola completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of the Philippines from 2005 to 2009. Recently, they pursued further education, attending the Arizona State University - Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication in 2023-2024, with a focus on News Media Business.
