1 There is no fixed curriculum
Founders' needs are very specific, depending on their experience and the current development of their startup. Thus, we offer incubation and acceleration programs based on their needs.

2 Impact is what matters
We don't mind the legal form of the startups. We support both nonprofits with strong entrepreneurial spirit and companies with a strong impact mentality. What matters is the impact and a financial sustainability.

3 It's not about reinventing the wheel 
The innovations we support do not have to be completely new to the world. We want to support solutions that change existing systems and thus contribute to solving crises. 

4 The world is on fire
The crises of our time are strongly interconnected, so we do not limit ourselves to specific topic, but are theme-open and offer programs in response to short-term crises as well as long-term ones.
