Dor Ganor is an accomplished business professional with extensive experience in business development and co-founding enterprises in the real estate sector. Currently serving as Director of Business Development at Phinergy since September 2022, Ganor previously co-founded and held the position of Chief Business Officer at Crown Capital Properties from May 2019 to November 2022, where responsibilities included negotiating and managing key industry relationships. As Co-Founder and CEO of FourLeaf Investments LTD from September 2015 to October 2021, Ganor established the company focused on Israeli investments in the Irish market. Additional experience includes a project director role at McKinsey & Company, leading strategic implementations for the Israel Tax Authority, and co-founding Con Art Magazine, where leadership in business development was pivotal. An educational background includes a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Ganor also served in the Israel Defence Forces as Deputy Commander of a special operations team, earning recognition for leadership and professionalism.
