Elad Shina is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the energy solutions sector. Currently serving as VP Programs and Head of Engineering Department at Phinergy since August 2015, Elad leads innovative R&D initiatives, collaborates with major global car manufacturers on energy solutions for electric vehicles, and specializes in the design of battery systems for corrosive environments. Prior to Phinergy, Elad held the positions of Project Manager and Process Engineer at Ormat, where responsibilities included managing recovered heat power plant projects and conceptualizing geothermal power plants. Elad also led pre-commissioning and startup teams as a Startup & Commissioning Engineer. Elad holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering.
