Berke Bilsev

Berke Bilsev currently works at PHINIA as a Process Development & Manufacturing System Engineer, where responsibilities include implementing new processes for products and capacity enhancement projects, focusing on planning, costing, and PFMEA-based process designs for mass production. Prior experience includes manufacturing and production internships at PHINIA and ZF Group, as well as maintenance and R&D internships at Ball Corporation and AKON HIDROLIK, respectively. Berke is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Izmir University of Economics, building on a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from the same institution.
