Laurent Doradoux

Laurent Doradoux is an accomplished Senior Engineering Manager with extensive experience in advanced automotive technologies, particularly in hydrogen and diesel components. Currently serving at PHINIA since July 2023, Laurent is responsible for developing strategic Medium Pressure Hydrogen Components and is a member of the Site Leadership team. Prior experience includes a similar role at BorgWarner Inc., where responsibilities also encompassed team building and development of hydrogen components. Before that, Laurent held senior management positions at Delphi Technologies, leading global teams in the development of diesel injectors, interfacing with customers, and managing cross-functional engineering teams. Laurent's educational background includes degrees in Automotive and Mechanical Engineering from Centrale Lyon and IFP School, along with completion of an International Management Program at Delphi / ESSEC Business School and a product safety certification from VDA.
