Mario Cruz

Mario Cruz currently serves as a Pursuit Manager at PHINIA since July 2023. Prior to this role, Mario was the Pursuit and Development Manager at BorgWarner from September 2020 to July 2023. Mario has extensive experience in engineering and project management, having held positions such as Engineering Programs Manager at Delphi from March 2007 to September 2020, and Project Manager at Mexico Tech Center from January 2004 to March 2007. Additional roles include Engineering Supervisor at Mexico Tech Center from January 1998 to February 2002, Product Engineering Team Leader at Delphi Mexico Tech Center from September 1995 to December 1997, and Design Engineer at Inland Fisher Guide from October 1993 to September 1995. Mario holds an MBA in International Business and a Master of Business Administration in International Business Administration from The University of Texas at El Paso, as well as a BSEE in Electrical Engineering and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering with a Computer Option from Wayne State University.
