Mike Lynch

Mike Lynch currently serves as the Vice President of Finance for FS Americas and Europe at PHINIA, a position held since November 2023. Previously, Mike Lynch spent two decades at BorgWarner Inc., where roles included Director of Finance overseeing three reporting units and financial leadership for the Drivetrain and Commercial Battery product lines, as well as Senior Controller for Transmission Systems in North America, managing financial operations across multiple manufacturing facilities. Prior to BorgWarner, Mike Lynch was Assistant Controller at Terminales Portuarias Argentinas and Accounting Manager at Mi-Jack Products. Mike Lynch holds an MBA in International Business from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois Chicago.
