Miriam Marsh, MBA, HSPP, is an accomplished compliance expert with extensive experience in corporate governance and risk management across various industries. Currently serving as an ESG Compliance Expert at PHINIA since July 2023, Marsh previously held roles including Compliance Expert at BorgWarner and Director of Supply Chain Security and Compliance at Mavenir, where responsibilities included developing compliance strategies and programs to ensure adherence to legal standards. As the Head of Compliance at Toyota Motor Corporation, oversight of risk-based compliance and internal audit functions was a key focus. Earlier experiences include roles at Mary Kay Inc. and General Electric, contributing to strategic risk management and third-party due diligence initiatives.
