Paul Boucard

Paul Boucard currently serves as the Regional Manager for Facility, Real Estate and Environment for the Americas and Europe at PHINIA, starting in August 2023. Previously, Paul held the position of Senior Manager and Head of Department for Facilities Engineering at Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Alabama from September 2013 to August 2023, overseeing facilities engineering and construction activities across a 3.8 million square feet area. Prior to that, Paul was the Director of Safety, Health, Environment & Facilities Engineering and Plant Manager at Energy Power Systems, focusing on safety and environmental responsibilities for a start-up battery manufacturer from August 2011 to August 2013. Earlier, Paul directed corporate safety, health, and environmental initiatives as well as facilities engineering at Ovonic Battery Company/Energy Conversion Devices/United Solar Ovonic from 1995 to 2011, and managed environmental, safety, and health activities at Carron & Company Automotive Prototypes from 1992 to 1995. Paul Boucard earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Western Michigan University between 1984 and 1988.
