Samantha Pombier

Samantha Pombier is the VP Controller and Chief Accounting Officer at PHINIA since July 2023. With a robust career in finance and accounting, Samantha previously held multiple roles at BorgWarner Inc. from August 2013 to July 2023, including Assistant Controller and Director of External Reporting. Prior experience includes positions at Huntington Ingalls Industries, Visteon, and CTS Corporation, as well as a tenure as a Senior Associate Advisory at KPMG. Samantha holds a Master of Science in Accountancy and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, both from Western Michigan University.
