Yeshwant Bhoskar is an experienced engineering professional with a focus on remanufacturing and continuous improvement. Currently serving as Engineering Group Manager at PHINIA since July 2023, Yeshwant previously held similar leadership roles at BorgWarner Inc. and Delphi Technologies, where responsibilities included overseeing engineering teams and driving process enhancements. Yeshwant's expertise encompasses business process improvement, manufacturing system design, and lean methodologies, along with a strong foundation in project management and cross-functional collaboration in various manufacturing environments. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Western Michigan University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from COEP Technological University.
