Phillip Endicott is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in user experience (UX) design and operations management. Currently serving as an Operations Specialist at Phinney Neighborhood Association since October 2022, Phillip has also been self-employed as a UX Consultant since June 2018. Previously, Phillip held significant roles such as President and Founder of EqualityWA, User Experience Lead at Amazon, and UX Lead at Microsoft. With a strong foundation in UX practice management developed during tenure as UX Practice Director at Neudesic, Phillip has contributed to diverse projects including the TEDx Acequia Madre conference. Phillip's academic background includes a Master of Science in Information Management from the University of Washington and a degree in Acting, Communications and Performance from Southern Methodist University.

Phinney Neighborhood Association

Headquartered in a former elementary school, the PNA is an active community center that serves as a focus of not just the Phinney/Greenwood neighborhood, but offers programs and activities for that reach far beyond the immediate neighborhood. The PNA provides programs for seniors, kids, and the whole community including the Greenwood Senior Center, an aging-in-place program, Whittier Kids licensed childcare, 4 co-op preschools, a Tool Lending Library, a free hot meal program, an art gallery, a business networking group, community space rental, and numerous events and classes.
