Joaquin Ochoa

Joaquin Ochoa is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as COO at Phinx Lab since February 2021, Ochoa is committed to guiding clients through digital transformation. As Managing Partner at IntermediaSP, a company providing connectivity and hosting services since October 2008, Ochoa has been instrumental in merging multiple businesses in the sector. Ochoa previously held the position of CIO at INSSJP (PAMI) from February 2016 to February 2020, overseeing digital transformation efforts for millions of members. As one of the founders and former CEO of Pulsar Consulting, Ochoa expanded operations throughout Central America and South America. Early career roles included management positions at Sun Microsystems and as CTO at Decidir.com International, where Ochoa played a pivotal role in developing the startup. Ochoa holds an MBA from IAE, Universidad Austral and a degree in Information Systems from the University of Buenos Aires.
