Bradley Snyder is an accomplished engineer and entrepreneur with extensive experience in research and development, software engineering, and operational leadership. Between June 2000 and June 2006, Bradley served as a Senior Systems Engineer at LexisNexis. Following this, roles included Software Developer at ColeSoft Marketing, Inc. from July 2006 to September 2009, and PhD Student at Tyndall National Institute from October 2009 to July 2013, culminating in a Doctor of Philosophy in Physics from University College Cork. Bradley took on significant responsibilities as a Senior R&D Engineer at imec from August 2016 to September 2018 and later at PsiQuantum from October 2018 to February 2020. Bradley held the role of Principal Engineer and Technical Fellow at PHIX Photonics Assembly from March 2020 to November 2023, and currently serves as the Founder of Ygrec Photonics since April 2022, while also taking on the role of Chief Operating Officer at SuperLight Photonics until July 2025.
