Currently, Kari serves as the VP of Customer Success & Operations at Phizzle, Inc. where Kari built a global team in 9 months, meeting all SLAs and maintaining a 98% customer satisfaction rate. Previously, Kari held roles such as the VP of Customer Success, Director of Client Services, and Account Manager, showcasing their experience in leading teams, driving revenue growth, and providing exceptional customer service. During their time at AML Limited, Kari served as the Director of Marketing & Partnerships.
