Jennifer Lowe, CPHR, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in people and culture leadership. Currently serving as the Director of People & Culture at PHL since August 2024, Jennifer is focused on shaping organizational culture and enhancing the employee experience. Previously, Jennifer held similar roles at Woodtone and Canstar Restorations, where strategic partnerships with leadership teams facilitated improvement in hiring, retention, and overall workplace culture. Jennifer's foundational experience includes various HR roles at Best Buy Canada and Smart Set, contributing to expertise in full-cycle recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. Jennifer holds a Diploma in Human Resources Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and a Certificate in General Business from Kwantlen Polytechnic University.
